Although it is already widespread, especially for mail apps, this practice is not yet available for social media. What are we talking about? Managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Fortunately, for those like me who manage both a private account and a profilo aziendale, Instagram brings good news: the social network is preparing to release an official update that will support multi-account management.
Soon, it will be possible to manage multiple profiles simultaneously without having to log out and log in between accounts. To find the “Add Account” option, you will need to go to Settings and scroll to the bottom; it will be located under the “Clear Search History” function, where “Log Out” is currently.
This feature will significantly increase the use of Instagram for marketing purposes, as it will facilitate the work of social media managers and all those who have not yet considered it in their editorial communication plans.
Another update that increasingly frames Instagram as a professional social network, attentive to the needs of brands and companies.
Currently, the testing is only in the hands of Android beta testers, who are testing multi-account support to be included in version 7.12.0 of the app. Therefore, it will be necessary to be patient a little longer, as Instagram has not released any official statements.
